Stock & Availability
DO YOU HAVE IT IN STOCK?

We do our best to keep at least one of every product in stock, but during busy times some items may sell out quickly.

The easiest way to check availability is right on the product page of our website—it’s always kept up to date.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?

No stress! You can secure your favourite piece with a 50% deposit and simply pay the balance before delivery—so you’ll never miss out on the styles you love.

CAN YOU RE-ORDER HOMEWARES?

Occasionally we can re-order homewares from our suppliers but usually this is not the case.

We order limited quantities of a wide range of products so that our stores always look fresh.

Our general rule of thumb with homewares is: buy it when you see it or it may not be here when you come back!

DO YOU TRANSFER PRODUCTS BETWEEN STORES?

Yes, we can! Products that aren’t floor stock or clearance items can be transferred between our stores.

As our freight services visit different locations on different days, transfers may take anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks to arrive.

Orders & Payment
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Delivery times can vary depending on stock availability—sometimes it’s just a few days, other times it may take a little longer.

Your local store team will let you know the expected wait time when you place your order, and if there are any unexpected delays, the store manager will keep you updated every step of the way.

DO YOU HAVE LAY-BY?

Because our stores have limited warehouse space, we ask that in-stock items are collected or delivered within 7 days of purchase.

While we don’t offer lay-by, we do have flexible payment options including Zip, Afterpay, and PayPal Pay in 4 to make things easier.

Product Information & Customisation
DOES YOUR FURNITURE REQUIRE ASSEMBLY?

Most of our furniture comes fully assembled, so you can enjoy it straight away.

Beds, dining tables, and a few of our larger pieces do require some assembly, but don’t worry—we’ve got you covered with easy step-by-step instructions right here on our website.

And if you need a hand, our friendly store team is just a phone call away!

CAN I CUSTOMISE YOUR PRODUCTS?

Most of our timber collections are crafted in our factory in Vietnam, which is set up for mass production. This means custom timber orders require a minimum of 30 pieces.

For something more personal, our Australian-made sofas can be customised just for you! Choose from a range of styles, fabrics, and comfort levels to create the perfect fit for your home. Pop into your nearest store to explore all the options.

CAN I CHANGE THE FABRIC?

Our imported fabric chairs and sofas usually come in just one or two fabric options (unless otherwise noted).

Because these pieces are made overseas in large quantities, we’re not able to offer fabric changes.

Many of our furniture collections are crafted in our factory in Vietnam, while other pieces are sourced from trusted suppliers both in Australia and overseas.

We’re also proud to say that our custom-made sofas, chairs, ottomans, and cushions are all made right here in Australia.

Delivery & Pickup
WHAT HAPPENS IF I REQUIRE DELIVERY?

All of our stores use private contractors to deliver our customer orders. Prices will depend on quantity and size, as well as the distance travelled.

Your nearest store will give you a quote for delivery, or you can get an estimate using our online delivery calculator located on every product page.

If you are not home at the prearranged time, a second delivery fee will apply to take the goods back out to your home.

WHAT ARE YOUR PICK-UP AND DELIVERY TIMES?

Pick-up and delivery times vary from store to store.

Our warehouse opening hours are listed on our website, and are also printed at the bottom of your order.

You'll need to ring the store at least an hour before collection so that our warehouse staff can assemble your order.

Your nearest store will advise you of delivery days and times if delivery is required.

Warranty & Aftercare
HOW LONG IS YOUR WARRANTY?

Warranties vary from product to product, and sometimes different components of a product have different warranties i.e. sofas.
