I phoned the Tamworth Store and received outstanding customer service from Shonoa. She asked me for the Airbnb link of my Cottage and very successfully made suggestions for a coffee table that would fit my old fashioned decor. I was delighted and then had to find a way of getting the table to Dorrigo 3.5 hours drive!! New England Coaches were the best option. However left Tamworth at 6.30am!!! Shonoa offered to drive it herself at 6.15am and put it on the coach at Tamworth Railway Station.... This is really going the extra mile, Shonoa, you need to be given an accolade and staff award for this. Our eternal thanks, we look forward to meeting you in person and purchasing more items from 1825 in Tamworth in the near future......

My husband and I visited the Campbelltown store yesterday with the idea of shopping around in the area for a new lounge. We didn’t get any further than this store. A special mention to the outstanding Simran who exhibited great knowledge of the products and overall excellent customer service. We cannot wait for our furniture to arrive!
Wasn`t to sure where to direct this email to. However i wanted to send in an email to say how amazing the service we have received from a member of staff at Campbelltown. I am never one to go ahead and send in a letter but she was phenomenal. My fiance and I were taken back by service previously recieved last time when we dealt with Jacqui months back (intended to send an email then but actually forgot) and when it was time to purchase more furniture we avoided everywhere else and directly came to 1825 first. Apon re entering the store today she was ecstatic to see us remembering us from all that time back. She was kind, honest, helpful and genuine. She even made a joke to the manager who came over and presented us with a lovely vase as a present and jacqui introduced us saying" This is evan and tahlia they are pretty much my newly adopted kids" which we both thought was lovely because she really had that vibe that she cared and wasnt just a transaction to the company
